      Awards are ordered! I think they will be pretty cool (much better than those obnoxious ribons from last year). Looks ike we will have a decent turnout.

          Good news. We are getting t-shirts, water bottles and shaker cups from MTI which is the producer of HMB and PEak ATP for all competitors! Get those entries in now!

                  If you are coming from KC, I would stay in Kearney, or even Liberty. Liberty will give you the most eating options, but is a little further away. KEarney will get you around 25 minutes from my place. Cameron is about 15 minutes from me, but will take you past where I live from where you are traveling. Hope this helps.

                      Where will you be coming from Lynda? Depending where you are coming from would depend on whether Kearney or Cameron would be your best choice.

                              HAHA-thanks Ruth. Those were alot of fun. For a few years me, Lance and a few other members of KCSTRONGMAN (not necessarily the USAWA club, but the strongman group) did a strength exhibition for the camper at Camp Quality, a camp for kids with cancer. One time my family came, and my little girl, who was probably 3 at the time was very concerned when I did that one.
