      HEre is a question. IF your T remained within acceptable limits, HRT would be permissible by USAWA standards, yes? IF that is the case, then how would this work with the age formula? I would assume this formula is to be the equalizer of aging and losing t levels. I am not pro nor against, just wondering?

              I think kettlebells are pretty much just cool to look at. I dont have any real use in lifting them. Not much you can do with them that you cannot do witha dumbbell

                  How do you hold them while cutting? By hand? I would assume the vise would damage the threads?

                        The Cyr press is what I was thinking of. I wanted to make some 1″ dumbbells for it like the loadable one you have in your gym

                          I have been to more than 1 all round meet with 2 or 3 lifters. It was still always a great battle and a great time

                                I want to, just not sure yet if it is in the cards. I have some work on the farm that is pretty pressing over the next few weeks, depends on how fast I can get it done
