              Got my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th entry in today. John Douglas along with Scott and Heather Tully. I expect a decent turnout for this meet, so dont be left out. Get me your entry ASAP!

                here is what I take:
                Cod Liver oil
                Fish oil
                Vitamin D
                HMB
                I take coffee with a workout
                I do not respond to creatine. Tried for several years. Come to find out it does not work for everyone.

                                  Would you be opposed to the idea of at least starting it out as a postal? I am just thinking in terms of getting maximum participation from as many countries as possible. That way we could hopefully garner interest and get people involved, then move toward an actual world OTSM meet, where we could meet together and contestthe lifts? just some ideas.
