        For anyone wanting to sign up as a forum member, please email me at SalGuimino@yahoo.com and let me know. I am not notified when someone signs up for a forum membership, so I do not know when to go in and accept or deny. Also, there are a great deal of pending memberships that I am not going to accept as they stand, as I have no idea who they are. So, once again, if you want to participate, shoot me an email and let me know.

              Congratulations Travis on being recognized as USAWA Lifter of the month for January! A 2100 Harness lift at 158 lbs. is amazing. Well deserved indeed.

                      THIS IS DAVE GLASGOW OF LEDAIG HEAVY ATHLETICS……..

                      I AM LOOKING TO HAVE A CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP THIS SUMMER, HOEPFULLY IN LATE JULY. THE ONLY STIPULATION IS WE HAVE MORE THAN TWO CLUBS, AS HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST.
                      IF YOUR CLUB IS INTERESTED IN COMING TO MY GYM (WHICH IS LOCATED BETWEEN NOWHERE AND GOODBYE), LET ME KNOW PER PM.
