            Looks great Al! Thanks for getting the entry up. I got your e-mail and chuckled a bit. I’ll work on getting some lifters entered on this one. It should attract more too with Durniat already interested in it.

              I started off my training by pulling a pathetic 212 Vbar, and missing 232, got some work to do, haha.

                Those are actually very good pulls Scott! Especially if you’re doing the pause at the locked-out position like the comp rules.

                I only worked up to 220lbs on both hands in good form on my workout 12-2-10.

                  Yeah paused at top, need to put in some time on the grip lifts so that Durniat only beats me instead of completely embarrasing me, haha.
