I know the 2027 Annual Meeting feels a long ways off. However, it may be time to start thinking about whether you would like to step up and join the USAWA Executive Board. On the other hand, current board members should consider whether they would like to stay on the Executive Board.
Per the 2026 Annual Meeting, the Vice President (Sanjiv), Secretary (Open) and At-Large member (Eric) are due for re-election in 2027 and the President (Joe), Treasurer (Bill) and At-Large member (Chad) are due for re-election in 2028.
This should provide some stability and smoother transitions than a full overhaul in election years.
Our amazing members have not raised a single issue to the Executive Board in the last 5 months. Great to see everybody getting along without any clarification needed on the rules and by-laws.
