      The National Championships are quickly approaching. Gas and airline tickets are a little more expensive this year so plan your carpools and get those reservations made quickly.

      Clark’s Gym is following in Buffville’s footsteps with a 1-Day-4-Lift Nationals. This year will feature (2) deadlifts variations, (1) clean and press variation, and (1) dumbbell lift.

      I am looking forward to attending.

              It looks like there will be a really full agenda this year. If you cannot attend, please share your thoughts here or some other public forum so we can have good consensus when voting.
