Greetings! I want to encourage everyone to give the 250 in Honor of 250th a go. I decided to play with the hip lift. And it’s been interesting and fun to try to figure out how to incorporate 250 while making it challenging and still possible for me to do. It sounds like different lifters are approaching this challenge in a variety of different ways. Lifts are good through July 11.
