I can’t find any issues with your technique timo. Looks great!

      Thanks Chad,

what i was seeing on the video i have quite narrow leg position and long range, but somehow wider leg position feels weaker even with shorter range. Don’t know is wider position ultimate way on the long term or should i keep going with my natural technique?

                That is crazy stuff!

I was glad to see this video, so inspirational, really made me feel there is no limits for finger strength! Many times i heard stories about climbers and their strength, this video proves everything about it.

I think scams are going to come more common in future, heard stories from Nigeria where they’re teaching these things in a school!!

“Regular guys” could go to private emails etc. but real professionals are trying to get into Bank of Switzerland.

Anyhow, i would be pissed to find out someone has been sending emails using my email address.

I received exactly same email to my mobile, i was reading that quickly and called even to Mark Hayrock and asking what is this? 🙂

Seems like there is technical guys out there who knows how to pass the passwords.

MFDL will be you main event?? Then I guess I’m going to move on to something else!!! Your middle fingers are TWICE as long as mine!

                      James 🙂

i don’t ever compare myself with the others, i always do my best and look behind to see how far did i fly.

A superb job(as usual) Timo. You should be proud!!

                          Thanks James,

i really wanted to do that IM RT OAC, because my friend is big fan of both (chinning and RT) and he was organizing small chin up contest at yesterday. Anyhow, from now on i will focus to finger deads and leave other grip events only for assistance.

Yes, MFDL will be my main event.

I suppose with the 18″ VBAR you could stand on a bench or chair and do Bent Rows to help work the grip in a different way. Even just swinging it around a bit could help as well.

Yes, there is many variations for workload and specially shorter 18″ VBAR is much better tool for training.

                              I don’t believe so.

                              Ok,

would be hard to find similar hubs.

What do you think of this V Bar Lift, Timo? https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=743837525642993&set=o.215255511931501&type=2&theater

I bet that’s good training tool for hub lifts. Btw, do you have any lift as hub lift at USAWA?

About the Van Dam Lift, i’ve done +75lbs chair split hold for over 20 seconds, but i believe only 100lbs Van Dam Lift is possible with my lower body strength.

Just reason for Rob Van Dam’s huge 166lbs lift is his amazing lower body strength, of course he’s also extremely flexible individual, which makes that feat possible.

Anyhow, i will give a bit more focus for chair splits in becoming training, i couldn’t handle back squats and chair splits when i was training for Worlds.
