Upcoming Gold Cup

The deadline for the Gold Cup is fast approaching!

It’s looking like travel restrictions have eased up and it’s possible to make the trip now. I’m looking at airline tickets right now and the price is not bad.

Now gotta start thinking of a lift to pick for my Gold Cup Lift. Kinda leaning towards the Stiff Legged Deadlift but need some forum support on this choice.
