            Al, my lifts are not quite at JWC and Dino gym standards so I tend to lift around average people so I have more confidence!

            It is a rare occassion that I even lift with Thommy. That day I was just fooling around trying to see what I could do.

              Well, I fully expect you to be lifting at Nationals!! I hear there is a team award up for grabs and the JWC needs you! We will bringing at least 6 lifters from the Dino Gym (and I don’t plan to lift at this one – I’m going to help out Thom make it a FIRST RATE EVENT, and I got a team to coach), and I think the Ledaig Club is going to have 5 lifters so it is setting up to be a great comp!                   I know, I know…. Nationals is 6 weeks away and no one wants to send in their entries. With the money going out (on awards, venue, tshirts, etc) and none coming in, it makes one feel like they just got suckered into a shady real estate deal – just bought the house but now it’s got condemned!! haha But Thom, I have a good feeling about this one and the entries will come flowing in any day now and you will have a fist full of greenbacks. Al

                    I will be competing here. I will try and send in my entry this week. I know what it is like to be waiting on entries. Is there a team award. I have a few guys that might be coming from my training group.

                      Just so I’m clear….you never do this for the money…I just hope to break even on the money I spend….not hope of ever coming out ahead! haha Truly, for the love of it. ….well, that….and the power trip of being the meet director. haha
