      Lifter of the Month! Thanks Al!! Picture of me @ my FIRST USAWA meet, the 2011 Heavy Lift Championships @ of ALL places…YORK BARBELL CO.!! I was about 215lb then and it seems like a LIFETIME ago. I’ve learned SO MUCH from you folks and I can’t thank you all enough. Man….what are we gonna do when Al retires?!
      I love All-Round Lifting, how can you be content with just 2 or 3 lifts in a meet?!

          I knew you would like that picture! That had to be one of the most memorable USAWA events I have been to.
