      Got the time off work and approval from my “domestic manager.” Hopefully she’ll come with me and then we’ll bring Tiny Overlord – aka: Josephine, our nearly-3-year-old with us.

      I’m slowly dropping weight from late November’s Record Day at Eric Todd’s place. I weighed 241 pounds that day. Was 229 pounds this morning. So with a bit of willpower and planning, I’ll get in the 220 pound class again for the contest.

            Chad, I hope to see you there!

            Bodyweight was 224lbs this morning. Weight loss is moving along on schedule for me to slip into the 220lb weight class on February 13th. 5 weeks to go until the comp.

              3 weeks to go. Weighed 220lbs on the dot this morning. Getting excited about seeing old faces (and new) again!

                8 days to go. Bodyweight was 217 pounds this morning. Glad to make my contest weight goal with a bit of leeway.

                    The forum is not letting me create a new topic. But I will be at the 2017 Grip Champs. With bells on. Glad to see the Middle Fingers Deadlift is making a repeat appearance. At least I’ll be near the top on one event.
