      Its not to late to make it to the Grip Championships tomorrow!!!! It’s gonna be a nice day with lots of great lifting taking place. Plus – just got word that a legendary lifter who hasn’t competed in the USAWA for 20 years will be making an appearance! I’m gonna leave that as a surprise for who shows. See ya all tomorrow!!! Al

          Good luck and lifting to all those lifting in the Grip Championships on Saturday. Wish I lived closer so I could get involved with all the great meets in the Kansas and Missouri area. Thanks to all for keeping all-round lifting alive and well.

            Wish I could have been there, but had to work. I’m sure it was a great time!
