                          That a great website. Much better than the JWC site….what a joke that one is! The guy that runs it needs to update it! Oh, wait…..that’s me…&#^$#(@^$@^#@ computers!!!!

                            I had to put the cardio equipment picture on the website to give the illusion that we train for our health!! haha Actually, it gets more use now than it used to. For example, when Scott cramps up lifting he gets on the bike a while to loosen his hammys back up. The seat on the recumbant bike is pretty comfortable – and is a good place to “catch a nap” before the next set. Al PS The truth is my wife has her eyes on a new commercial treadmill that costs more than a new certified eleiko set!!
