That is a tough one to answer as every beginner is different. I have a kid I used to train that could barely deadlift 350lbs but could also do that 350lbs on the axle dbl overhand the first time he did it. He just had an awesome grip and huge hands, sadly he only lasted about 6 months. I know for myself I would say.

Zercher-300lbs
1 arm DL hook grip-300lbs
DB snatch 100lbs
Steinborn-300lbs
Crucifix-too many variables but I would venture and say 35lbs each hand
Pullover and Press- Couldnt’ even guess I hate this lift.

I pretty much agree with Jesse – those marks he listed would be good lifts for a young lifter over 200 pounds BWT. I would add the Pullover and Press at over 250# to be in the same catagory as the others. Al
