  I’ve heard that the defending Champion, Laverne Myers, will be there!
  
  It’s gonna be a fun day of lifting at the Dino Gym.

  Between me and RJ, we posted the meet on the Iron Mind Forum and the Grip Board. There have been lots of views and favorable comments. Hopefully there will be some new faces showing up.

  It is definitely going to be a lot of fun! I would love to see Rudy again one of these days. I think my wife Carrie is sweet on him…and I’m totally okay with that. Guy is super nice.

  Yeah, Ben, the Super Grip Challenges Kevin put on were lots of fun. I wish he would still do it. Would definitely be nice to see you again. We’ll see how training goes….
