I just want to tell Eric that I like his new idea to have a member of the month, which can still include a competitor, when deserving. Your reasoning made plenty of sense, as I myself, have always believed it is much easier to compete than to organize and run a meet or be a spotter and/or loader. After all, who usually lifts the most weight in a meet, the loaders. My congratulations to everyone associated with the USAWA in any capacity.
