      Who’s ready for the OTSM?? I am! I had planned on training the Peoples Deadlift today, but instead moved a piece of limestone about 6 feet for a landscaping project. Rough estimates of its dimensions plus Google letting me know that a cubic foot of a limestone slab weighs 150 lbs resulted in a weight estimate of 450 lbs.
