      I want to start by saying how much I enjoy Chris Lestan’s articles.

      I must say, I do agree on winter training. with having to miss the Dino Challenge this Saturday past, me and the kids went out to the barn to get a workout and get some of the stink blowed off of us. It was rather invigorating! I think by the end of it the wood stoves had the temperature just over 32 degrees.
