          ET, after the meet can you come back to this discussion and comment about the Reg Park Bench Press? I would really like to hear what you have to say.

          Have fun. That is a serious line-up of lifts.

            Sure can. I am sure I will have a better idea of how this lift will be done after we play with it a bit. For now, however, I am not sold on this lift.

              I just got an e-mail from Al and he explained that he did it in the power rack. I can see where his rack would work great for this, not sure about most other racks, though.
