          I have foam rollers, PVC rollers, the rumble roller, lacrosse balls, almost every type of restoration thing there is. They help a lot.

            Start with foam rollers, but if you don’t mind pain and want to go the cheap route get a 24″ piece of 3″ PVC and wrap it with duct tape or athletic tape and you have a great roller.

              With Thoms suggestion, I got a rumble roller off of Walmart.com. They are knobby, but it does help
