The 2007 Zercher Strength Classic was held at Clark's Gym in Columbia, Mo, 
Febuary 03. Joe Garcia was the only lifter.  The Zercher tradition was not broken.
Vanilla wafers and buttermilk were served.  Afterwards, the Clarks and the Garcias
went to the Golden Corral.
